Enable Visual alert:

(1) Login the webpage, Setting->Features->Call Pickup:
(2) Select the "Enable" in the Visual Alert for BLF Pickup field. Fill in the Direct Call Pickup Code field.
 (3) Click the "SaveSet" button to save the change.

Configure the BLF key:

(1) Login the webpage, Function keys->Line key or Memory key
(2) Select the desired type: BLF; Enter the extension number in the Value field; Enter the pickup code in the Extension field:

Using the visual alert function:

When the phone is on idle status:

1. Only one monitored extension has a incoming call:
   1) If the "9002" extension has a incoming call, then the phone's BLF key's LED will flash red.
   2) And at the same time, the phone's LCD will pop-up prompts as shown in the figure below:
   3) Then you can press the "PickUP" softkey to answer the "9002" extension's incoming call 
   4) If you don't want to pickup this call ,you can press the "Cancel" softkey.
2. Multiple monitored extensions have incoming call:
   1) If "9002" and "9004" have incoming calls , The phone's BLF keys's LED will flash red.
   2) And at the same time, the phone's LCD will pop-up prompts as shown in the figure below:
   3) You can press the  or  key to select the desired pickup number.
   4) If you don't want to pickup this call ,you can press the "Cancel" softkey.

When the phone is on talking status:

1. Only one BLF key' LED flash red when the phone is on talking status:
   1) You can press the  or  key to switch the visual alert interface.
   2) The phone's LCD will pop-up prompts as shown in the figure below:
   3) Then you can press the "PickUP" softkey to answer the "9002" extension's incoming call 
   4) If you don't want to pickup this call ,you can press the "Cancel" softkey and continue to before call.
2. Multiple memory keys' LED flash red when the phone is on talking status:
   

   1) You can press the  or  key to switch the visual alert interface.
   2) The Phone's LCD will pop-up prompts as shown in the figure below:
   
   3) You can press the  or  key to select the desired pickup number.
   4) If you don't want to pickup this call, you can press the "Cancel" softkey and continue to before call.

   Note: '@' means current choosed item of the visual alert.
