Application Scenarios

Busy Lamp Field (BLF) List allows a list of specific extensions to be monitored for status changes?Different indicators on the monitoring phone show the status of monitored users(such as busy, idle, incoming call etc.).

Configuration on Broadsoft

  1. To configureList_URI for a user:
    Configuration Path: Group→User→Choose one user→Client Applications→Busy Lamp Field:

Configuration on web interface

  1. Login the IP Phone's webpage
  2. Account ->Advanced->select target account
  3. Enter the BLF List URI on Eventlist BLF List field, SIP server type choose BroadSoft.
  4. Save the configuration
  5. Configure the BLF List key:
    Note: 
    Htek IP Phone support obtaining BLF List automatically. It means that you need not to configure the BLF List manually.

Configuration via Auto provisioning

  1. Configure the BLF list URI.
    For example, " BLF_L8155@199.19.193.10".

  2. Configure the server type. 0—default, 1—broadsoft, 2—Alcatel, 3—Snom; here choose 1.
