Remote Phonebook

1. To generate Remote xml file on server.
For example: Phonebook.xml under the path: 192.168.0.254/phonebook
The contents of Phonebook.xml are as follows:

<Name> Remote test1</Name>

</DirectoryEntry>

<Telephone>142</Telephone>
</DirectoryEntry>
<DirectoryEntry>
<Name> Remote test3</Name>
<Telephone>312</Telephone>
</DirectoryEntry>
</PhoneDirectory>

You can add More <DirectoryEntry> if needed.

Note:
1. the Name of the Remote xml file is changeable, for example phonebook.xml or hanlong.xml
2. <Telephone> can be added more than one entry, the max. is 126

2. To set Remote Phone Book For IP Phone.
2.1 Login the webpage
2.2 Click Directory->Remote Phone Book
2.3 Fill the path of the remote xml file in the Phone Book URL field.
For example, http://192.168.0.254/phonebook/Phonebook.xml
2.4 Fill the Name and then click to save the configuration.

3. To check the contacts on the LCD.
3.1 Press Directory→Left Button→Left Button, and then you can see the item you set, press enter you will find the detail as following.

4. Repeat above steps, you can add no more than 5 remote phone books.
