Getting Started

This chapter introduces how to login and have an overview of the home page of HDMS.

Logging into the Htek Device Management System

Open your web browser and enter the URL of HDMS: https://<IP address>/. Then you will see the login interface.

1	Enter the user name and password
2	Click and reset your password
3	Optional: select your desired language

If you forget the password, please:

1． Click the Forget Password?

2． Enter your account name and click Submit.

3． Log into the mailbox and click the link.

4． Follow the instruction and reset your password.

After you log into the Htek Device Management System successfully, the home page is shown as below:

1	Go to the home page quickly when you are on other pages.
2	Display the number of unread alarms and the type of alarms.
3	Hide or show the navigation pane.
4	Navigation pane.
5	Data preview: Displays the number of accounts and devices. You can click the corresponding module to enter the module management page.
6	Device status: Displays the number of unregistered, registered and offline devices. You can click the corresponding device status to enter all the device list page of this status.
7	Call quality: Displays the number of devices whose call quality are good, bad or poor. You can click the corresponding call quality module to view the call statistics page.
8	Change the display language.
9	User account: Reset password Logout
10	Close the tab(s).
