Manage Resource

HDMS supports centralized management of resource files. In the management system, relevant information of resource files can be added and classified for management, and resource files can be pushed to devices or downloaded to local.

On the Page of Resource Group

1	The filter area, where you can search for groups.
2	You can add a resource group.
3	The list of resource groups you have added.
	You can update Group Name and Tags in a group.
	You can delete the group in the list.
	You can add resource in a group.

Add a Resource Group

1．Click Device Management -> Resource Group.

2．Click +Add button.

3．Enter the information of the group.

4．Click Confirm button.

After you have added a group, you can add resource in the group.

Add a Resource File

1．Click Device Management -> Resource Group.

2．Click on the right side of the group.

3．Click +Add button on the top left corner.

4．Enter the information of the resource and upload resource file.

5．Click Confirm button.

On the Page of a Specific Resource Group

1	The filter area, where you can search for resource in the group..
2	You can add or delete resource in the list.
3	The list of resource you have added.
	You can update the resource..
	You can delete the resource.
	You can download the resource
	You can push the resource to devices.

Push a Resource File to Devices

1．Click Device Management -> Resource Group.

2．Click on the right side of the group.

3．Click on the right side of the resource.

4．Select the device to be pushed. The device information can be filtered by the device model, MAC and device name. The selected device will be displayed on the right side of the pop-up box.

5．Click Push To Update button.

6．Select the execution mode of push update in the pop-up box.

At Once: Resource file will be pushed to device, and device will update immediately.
Timing: Enter the Task Name and Execution Time. Then choose one option at Repeat. Device will update at execution time.

7．Click Confirm button.
