View Call Quality Details

When you need to collect information about call quality, you can refer to the call quality details in the management system.

1.Click Dashboard -> Call Statistics.

2.Click  image-20240710-090006.png  on the right side of the record. You can view the device information, the account information, the call quality and other details.

Customize The Indicators

You can customize the indicators displayed on the call quality details list. At most six indicators can be displayed at the same time. MAC address is checked by default and cannot be cancelled.

1.Click Dashboard -> Call Statistics.

2.Click More Indicators button.

3.Check the indicators to be displayed.

4.Click Save button. You will see those indicators at following list:
