Manage Accounts
You can manage different SIP accounts in Htek Device Management System. You have to add a profile first. Then you can bond an account with a profile.

Add an Account
Procedure
Click Account Management -> Account.
Click +Add.
Enter the relevant information of SIP account.
Name | Name of the account. It is necessary. |
Profile | The profile of the account belongs to. It is necessary. |
Account Active | If the account is active when allocated to devices. |
Label | The label of the account. It is necessary. |
SIP User ID | User ID, which is offered by PBX. It is necessary. |
Authenticate ID | Authenticate ID, offered by PBX. It is necessary. |
Authenticate Password | Authenticate Password. Offered by PBX. It is necessary. |
Direct Call Pickup Code | Pickup code of direct call. |
Group Call Pickup Code | Pickup code of group call. |
Feature Key Sync | The status of Feature Key Sync. |
Voice Mail User ID | UserID for voice mail system. |
Dial Plan | The format of dialing. |
EventList BLF URL | The URL of EventList BLF. |
pin | Used when you login a site on the LCD of the device, bound with an account. It is necessary. |
Name | The local account name showing on the other device when calling. |
Local SIP Port | Local SIP port of the account. |
Use Random Port | If use random port for the account. |
Click Confirm button.
Add Accounts via a Template
You can add more devices at once via a template.
 Procedure
Click Account Management -> Account.
Click Download Template  on the top left corner and save template.
Open the template and enter account information. Save as a new file.
Click Import  on the top left corner and choose the new file.
Click Confirm button.
Edit an Account
Procedure
Click Account Management -> Account.
Click  on the right side of SIP account.
Edit information of SIP account.
Click Confirm button.
Search Accounts
Procedure
Click Account Management -> Account.
Enter the value of search options.
Click Search button and the account list will refresh. You can click Reset button to Reenter filter criteria.
Push Accounts to Devices
Procedure
Click Account Management -> Account.
Click  on the right side of the account.
Select the device to push the account.
Only the device that has been bound to the account can be retrieved. To bond a device with an account, you need to choose a profile and an account when adding a device in Device Management -> Device List -> +Add or Click. Device Management -> Device List -> Â of a device.
Click Push To Update button.
Select the execution mode of push update in the pop-up box.
Click Confirm button.
Export Accounts Information
Procedure
1.Click Account Management -> Account.
2.Choose account(s) and click Export button. The popup will show the tips: Confirm Export?
3.Click Confirm button and save file. You can open this file to see the details of account(s).
Delete Accounts
Procedure
Click Account Management -> Account.
You can delete an account or accounts.
a)  Click on the right side of an account. Popup will show the tips: Confirm Delete?
b)Â Â Check the accounts you want to delete. Then click the Delete button and popup will show the tips: Confirm Delete?
Click Confirm button.
