Manage Tasks
In the task management bar, you can flexibly set the timing task, instead of mechanical manual operation, and can also track the record of each task execution.
Timer Task
Add timer tasks
You can add different types of tasks according to your needs. The push rules for individual tasks are as follows:
Task Type | Push Rules |
Push resource file | Only one resource of the same type is allowed to be pushed. The resource type not supported by the device is not pushed. |
Update firmware | If different models of devices are selected, only the firmware supported by different models of devices will be pushed. |
Push configuration | Select the model to push or the default configuration to push |
DND/Cancel DND | Execute DND / cancel DND function for all accounts on the device. |
In addition, you can choose to restart the device, restore the factory and send messages:
1.Click Task Management -> Timer Task.
2.Click +Add button on the top left corner.
3.Select the device to be pushed. The device information can be filtered by the device model, MAC and device name. The selected device will be displayed on the right side of the pop-up box.
4.Enter the Task Name and Execution Time. Choose one option at Task Content and Repeat.
5.Click Confirm button.
Edit timer tasks
You can edit pending and suspended tasks, but cannot edit tasks in other states.
Click Task Management -> Timer Task.
Click  on the right side of the task.
Edit the information of the task
Click Confirm button.
Pause or Start Timer Tasks
You can pause the pending or executing task, and the task will not be executed after the pause. After reopening, the task continues to execute according to the present time requirements.
1.Click Task Management -> Timer Task.
2.Click  on the right side of the task. The task will stop to execute. If you want to start the task, please click .
Cancel Timer Tasks
1.Click Task Management -> Timer Task.
2.Click  on the right side of the task.
Search Timer Tasks
1.Click Task Management -> Timer Task.
2.Enter the corresponding keyword or select the corresponding option in the search box at the top of the page.
3.Click Search button. The task list will update.
View Task status
1.Click Task Management -> Timer Task.
2.Click  on the right side of the task.
3.If the task execution is abnormal, you can click the Retry button in the upper left corner of the page.
Executed Task
The Executed Task page shows the execution records of all tasks in the system (including manual operation). Task records include execution time, execution mode, task name, task content and execution status. You can also view the execution status here.
View Execution Status
1.Click Task Management -> Executed Task.
2.Click  on the right side of the record.
Retry exception tasks
When the execution of the task is judged as abnormal, you can choose to retry the task.
1.Click Task Management -> Executed Task.
2.Click  on the right side of the record.
3.Choose the device and click Retry button.
Searching execution records
When there are many execution records in the management system, you can directly input the task name or other conditions to filter the execution records.
Click Task Management -> Executed Task.
Enter the corresponding keyword or select the corresponding option in the search box at the top of the page.
Click Search button. The record list will refresh. You can click Reset button to Reenter filter criteria.
