Alarm Management

In addition to the device diagnosis function can help the user to eliminate the fault, the alarm management function can also provide effective fault information for the user. The management system can remind the user in real time which devices have faults and help the user solve the problems in time.

Manage Alarm Level Strategies

As there are many types of device fault, the user needs to manage the alarm information strategically. HDMS supports custom alarm level strategy, which can be made according to actual needs.

Adding Alarm Level Strategies

1.Click Alarm Management -> Alarm Level.

2.Click +Add button on the top left corner.

3.Choose an alarm type and level.

4.Click Confirm button.

Editing Alarm Level Strategies

1.Click Alarm Management -> Alarm Level.

3.Edit the alarm level.

4.Click Confirm button.

 

Manage Alarm Push Strategies

After setting the alarm level strategy, you need to make a push strategy.

Adding Alarm Push Strategies

You can add the alarm push strategy as needed. And you will receive the corresponding type of alarm in the email or alarm list in the system. You can quickly locate the fault type of devices through alarms.

1.Click Alarm Management -> Alarm Strategy.

2.Click +Add button on the top left corner.

3.Enter the strategy name. Then choose the severity of this strategy, the receiver and the way of informing alarms. Click Yes at Status option to enable pushing alarms (enabled by default).

4.Click Confirm button.

Editing Alarm Push Strategies

1.Click Alarm Management -> Alarm Strategy.

3.Edit the alarm push strategy.

4.Click Confirm button.

Deleting Alarm Push Strategies

1.Click Alarm Management -> Alarm Strategy.

2.Click image-20240710-091121.png  on the right side of the strategy. The popup will show the tips: Confirm Delete?

3.Click Confirm button.

View Alarms

When there is a problem with the device, the problem will be uploaded to the system, such as call failure or registration failure. You can quickly locate problems by viewing alarms.

1.Click Alarm Management -> Alarm List.

2.Click  on the right side of the alarm. You can view the alarm time and specific remarks of this type.

Delete Alarms

You can delete redundant alarm information at any time.

  1. Click Alarm Management -> Alarm List.

  2. Choose alarms.

  3. Click Delete button on the top left corner. The popup will show the tips: Confirm Delete?

  4. Click Confirm button.
